What kinds of events do you host?
Weddings, family reunions, birthday and anniversary parties, holiday parties, fundraisers, corporate meetings and conferences, team-building events, clergy retreats, youth and school retreats, and other private events.
Do you offer event packages or set pricing?
Every event at The Crossroads is customized to your group, so pricing depends on your dates, group size, lodging and catering needs. Fill out our inquiry form and our team will put together the details for you.
When is The Crossroads available?
We host events throughout the year. Summer weeks are often reserved for Camp Crucis summer camp sessions, so reach out early if you are planning for June through early August.

Weddings
Who can be married at The Crossroads?
Weddings are restricted to members in good standing of the Anglican Diocese of Fort Worth and other dioceses within the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA). “Good standing” means properly baptized and/or confirmed communicants of the Church. Other restrictions apply; please inquire if interested.
Can we bring our own officiant?
Ceremonies may be officiated only by ordained ACNA male clergy. This is a theological decision of the Bishop and clergy. We are happy to talk through options with you.
Can we host the rehearsal dinner and reception on site?
Yes. Our spacious hall and full-service dining hall work well for rehearsal dinners and receptions, and many couples make a full weekend of it with guests staying in our lodges.
Lodging, Food & Amenities
Can guests stay overnight?
Yes. Our recently renovated lodges are available for overnight stays. See the Lodging page for details, and let us know your group size so we can recommend the right fit.
Do you provide food?
Our full-service dining hall offers customizable catering options, and our commercial kitchen supports catering for larger events. Let us know about any dietary needs when you inquire.
Are tables, chairs and A/V included?
Complimentary tables and chairs are included, and WiFi and A/V equipment are available for meetings, presentations and celebrations.
What activities are available?
Swimming, basketball, sand volleyball, fishing, hiking and hay rides. Activity availability can vary by season, so ask us what is open for your dates.
